Retired
After some 27 years on the West Cape May Board of Education, Jerry Reeves decided not to run for re-election in 2009. He served his last day during the May, 2009 BOE Meeting. His wisdom, expertise, sense of humor, and knowledge of the history of the area and the school will be missed.
Jerry is a lifetime resident of West Cape May. He was a member of the 1967 graduating sixth grade class.
First elected to the Board of Education in 1981 as a "write-in" candidate, he embraces the goals of "Quality education of the children, good relations with the staff, and connectivity to the community".
Thank you, Jerry, for your years of service. |
